Buy local, make a difference campaign across Wealden 
Shopping locally not only supports our local economy and maintains jobs, but it is also a great way of securing the diversity and creativity of our communities and making sure our high streets stay vibrant and attractive. Local businesses often provide a better quality of service and have greater expertise and knowledge about the products they offer, meaning you get a better all-round deal.

Buy local, make a difference in Hailsham 
Residents in Hailsham are being encouraged to support their local businesses through the Buy local, make a difference campaign coordinated by Hailsham Town Council and Hailsham Chamber of Commerce with the support of Wealden District Council.
The campaign is being formally launched at the Hailsham Charter Market on the 11 July 2009.
