Your views are important to us and we want to make sure you have the opportunity to have your say.


We also want to make sure that we provide our services in ways that suit you.

We've written a consultation strategy which sets out how we will consult with you and we are in the process of writing a programme for consultation for the year from April 2009.

In 2008, we carried out customer satisfaction surveys. The results are as follows:

Landlord satisfaction with the Benefits Service:

86% of landlords are very or fairly satisfied with the overall service provided by the Benefits Service.
