Contacting the Benefit Service
Our opening times, for visiting us or contacting us by phone are:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
If you phone outside of these times, you can leave a message on our answer phone and we'll get back to you during the next working day.
You don't usually need to make an appointment to see someone about your claim but if you do, please phone or email us and we will be happy to arrange this. If you want to see a Team Leader, a manager, the Appeals Officer or Benefits Liaison Office, you will need to make an apponitment so please phone or email us.
